In some cases, network spam filters may be blocking email from Inside Higher Ed. If this is the case, you should request your helpdesk to whitelist the following ip.
126.96.36.199This ip, resolves to: mail257.us2.mcsv.net
I am still having issues receiving your newsletters. When I look at the headers within the emails there seems to be more than just one IP and domain name. I have in our Approved list 22 different domain name and IPs. Could I get an IP range so that I ensure your newsletters get through our Spam Filter.
