If you are having having issues with not receiving our daily newsletter. Please confirm the following prior to contacting support.
1) Add email@example.com to your address book or contacts.
2) Verify that insidehighered.com is on your whitelist. You may have to contact your organizations helpdesk.
3) Verify that your email program is not blocking our email nor placing our email into a spam/junk folder.

Just updated to fix link for the whitelist.
We use mailchimp to send email. After verifying you spam controls, your HelpDesk may need to refer to this article for the ip and domain to whitelist
