Here is a quick how to on submitting helpdesk tickets. See attached graphic as reference. 1) access the helpdesk at http://support.insidehighered.com 2) From the top navigation, select "Submit a Request" 3) Enter your email, subject and description of the problem. In the description, provide as much detail as you can. You should include any error messages. Also helpful are screenshots. Attach screenshots of the problem if you can.
